Refund policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
At K Blessential, we take pride in offering high-quality, natural perfume oils. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences regarding scent or fragrance profile
If you receive a faulty product (e.g., damaged bottle, defective applicator), please contact us immediately at kblessentials@gmail.com so our team can assist you.
Once we receive the product, we’ll assess the issue within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome. If deemed faulty, we’ll provide a replacement and reimburse your return postage costs. If the item is not considered faulty, it will be returned to you at your own expense.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, we can resend it upon request, but additional shipping charges will apply.
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Australian Consumer Law provides guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if there is a major failure with the product, and compensation for any other foreseeable loss or damage.
If the product fails to meet acceptable quality but does not constitute a major failure, we will offer a repair or replacement.
To request a refund or replacement under consumer guarantees, please return your unopened product to us at your own cost. If your claim is valid, we will reimburse your return shipping fees and issue a replacement or refund.
